Abstract
Meniscal tears are common alongside anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. Lateral meniscal oblique radial tears (LMORT) are classified into four types, with types 3 and 4 being the most common. In this study of three male patients (mean age 30.6 years), repairs were performed using all-inside techniques and ACL reconstruction. At 12-month follow-up, significant improvements were seen in functional scores (IKDC 38 to 85; KOOS 41.53% to 85%). Although LMORT tears are challenging, current surgical techniques are effective.
