Abstract

We present the case of a 43 years old man patient, with a history of multiple injuries to both wrists from practicing motocross for several years. Who present pain and functional impotence in the wrists, right predominantly. The symptoms are due to injury to the scapho-lunate ligament that resulted in a SLAC (ScaphoLunate Advanced Collapse). This collapse generates post-traumatic osteoarthritis of the wrist. Fourcorner arthrodesis was performed in the carpus. The surgical technique applied is a quadrangular assembly without a plate.
