Abstract
Congenital knee dislocation (CSF) is a very rare pathology whose diagnosis is made at birth based on clinical findings, confirmed radiologically. It has been related to various etiologies, from intrauterine fetal malpositions to genetic disorders. The prognosis
will depend on the early start of treatment and the association with other congenital anomalies. We present 1 case of congenital bilateral knee dislocation observed in our hospital, in rooming-in, being diagnosed in the first weeks of life, where conservative treatment was chosen, having a successful clinical evolution.
