All-Inside PCL Reconstruction, Single Bundle, With Internal Brace Augmentation in Isolated Posterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries
Main Article Content
Abstract
Introduction: To describe the all-inside single-bundle reconstruction technique with internal brace augmentation for isolated posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injuries and evaluate functional results at 1-year follow-up. Material and methods: Retrospective study of 15 patients who underwent single-bundle PCL reconstruction with all-inside technique and InternalBrace. Evaluated with Lysholm, Tegner, and IKDC scales. Results: Significant improvement in Lysholm (55.4 to 89.5, p=0.04), Tegner (2.6 to 6.8, p=0.02), and IKDC (46.31 to 88.20). 83.7% reported good results. Conclusion: The technique showed satisfactory outcomes in stability and function for isolated grade III PCL injuries with minimum 1-year follow-up.
