Abstract

Introduction: Scapular fractures are rare and challenging. A case of a 28-year-old man with a multifragmentary scapular fracture and grade IV acromioclavicular dislocation, treated with ORIF using the Judet approach, is presented. Evolution: At 2 months, adequate ranges of motion were observed. Radiological studies confirmed correct alignment. Conclusions: ORIF using the Judet approach was effective, highlighting the importance of careful follow-up and a multidisciplinary approach.
